New Homes: We specialise in designing new homes and renovating properties to meet modern needs. Renovations often involve retaining the basic ‘shell’, re-designing the internal layout and adding extensions to take advantage of what starts out as a poor building layout on a spectacular site. We work on projects for listed buildings and in conservation areas too. We understand local historical assets and how the local authorities approach their incorporation into the new design.
Refurbishments and extensions: Simple extensions designed well. Very often a simple extension can solve so many issues with a house layout that doesn’t function well. A clean start to how you want to live is where we begin the journey. You will be surprised what we can bring to project and add value to the property and simplify the way you live.
Barn Conversions: Always a fantastic opportunity to bring an old redundant building into a new use. Whether an old stone and cob barn or a brick outbuilding, there are always occasions to create a dwelling with character built in.
Our aim is to take the weight of the stress of the design and building process off your shoulders and deliver a solution that will meet your goals and budget. We have worked with all the south west local authorities, have experienced with them the upheavals and changes to policies, regulations and personnel and understand their goals, objectives. Our aim is to match yours with theirs, without conflict.
Communication is the key to our success. We have the experience and always work with you to ensure your vision comes to fruition.
